I had my stock on the stove this morning and had it cooled and ready for the fridge by late afternoon. If you have room in the freezer, reserve a pint or quart of stock for later. It's so nice to have that flavorful base for another soup in a month or two.

I must admit that I have six quarts for the freezer and will make another batch for a turkey soup this week.
Just finished eating turkey leftovers and having a big glass of wine. Time for a nap, me thinks. ;-)

With cranberry juice. Omigawd! You take a sip and you're like, "oooh this is good." Then when you finish it you're like, "wow, that was great. I want another!"
