4.  I love him
I've seen that, it's awesome. I think I may just watch it again, once I get back in from tending to the puppies. When I think of him I always hear the butter saying "when you get to the syrup, split up" lol. :hi:

10. Even if he's dead...
...he will always be one of my absolute favorite comedians.

I burned one of his CDs back when I had either Kazaa or Napster, before the RIAA started crackin' down on the downloaders. I think it was his first one.

I still absolutely love the "Smacky the Frog" bit. "I will never say 'Here comes that frog' in a nervous manner. It's always optimistic. 'Hey, here comes that frog. Maybe he will settle near me, and I can pet him, and put him in a mayonnaise jar, with a stick and a leaf, to recreate what he's used to. And I'm sure going to have to poke some holes in the lid, 'cause he's damn sure used to air. And I can observe him, and he won't be doing much in his sixteen-ounce world." And the one about how ducks can get free bread at Subway. And "I like rice. Rice is good if you're hungry and you want 2000 of something." And (paraphrased, I think) "I don't wear a watch, 'cause I like my arms to weigh the same. So when someone asks me what time it is, I have to tell them something that's happening. 'What time is it?' 'Uh... that guy is eating a hamburger.' 'Shit, man, I have to be somewhere...'" And "An escalator can never break. It can only become stairs. You will never see an 'Escalator temporarily out of order' sign, just 'Escalator temporarily stairs. Sorry for the convenience. We apologize for the fact that you can still get up there.'"

He was a genius...

12. He was awesome.
He had some of the best timing and delivery. He is going to be sadly missed for a long time to come.

I also agree that "Smackey the Frog" was one of his best bits. It always makes me laugh.

14. I loved his stuff. Sadly, the ONE time I saw him live, he sucked.
But no need to dwell on that, I suppose.
His best work lives on.
