1. How complex are we talking here? |
|
If you think you've tackled time travel and have it all worked out, well hell if I know how to procede. How complex is this idea? Is it practical time saving sort of device? I don't want to pry but it's difficult to brainstorm with so little info.
Get it patented and written up as fast as you can though.

2. It would be a time-saver. It's only in my head and I will be the first to admit |

that I have absolutely no idea how to create it. And I'm not sure about the patent process. Do I need to contact a patent atty. to have it written up and submitted?
I'm new to this. The idea just popped into my head a couple of months ago and would be something I'd absolutely LOVE to have.

3. I don't know how much help I can be for the legal issues |
|
Damn my uncle just left an hour ago, he's a patent atty, would have been able to help more than me. When you say you have no idea how to create it do you mean?
1. I know what I want it to accomplish but nothing else. 2. I have a general idea of what it will do, and what it will look like but I am unfamilar with the construction matierals and assembly process.
In either scenario my advice is to start getting stuff down on paper, sketches, or anything. I'd really advise getting something down on paper first, and be able to explain the invention to somone coherently. Do you have a regular lawyer you keep in contact with? Call them up if you do and ask more specifically on how to procede.

4. I think #2 is probably the most appropriate. |

Have you started down this path yourself? I'm surprised that the idea I've had isn't already in circulation.
