Last night I finished a spinning class and I feel great! My muscles are now sore from my upper body weights two days ago, but I feel built, and it feels quite nice.

Tomorrow I'm doing another spinning class, followed by a lower body weight workout on Friday. Who wants to wrestle with me this weekend?

Mr. Writer studied kung fu for several years. He only taught me a move or two... but nothing I really could execute well, unfortunately.

I've dabbled in hindiani kung fu, judo, aikido, eschrima, goju-ryu karate and kickboxing, but I'm not ranked in any of those. I just know what I've picked up from training with martial artists in those styles.
