i got to the bottom of a delicious bag of pretzels that i've been working on, and without even thinking about it, i licked my finger, stuck it on the shaken-off salt deposit at the bottom of the bag, then stuck the salted finger in my mouth.
what is wrong with me?

I love salt. I admit that I'll just sprinkle it into my hand and lick it off.

AND, when I was young my parents used to have cattle. I would routinely raid the storage bin where they kept the mineral blocks (aka salt-licks) and have a quick binge.
Didn't seem to do any lasting harm.

11. I'm pretty sure we've discussed this habit before. |
|
However, I'm also pretty sure we were both quite drunk at the time.

as long as you don't eat salt all the time that way there's nothing wrong with that i don't think.
i sometimes get a little extra margarine out of the tub and eat it off the spoon. now that's bad. but it's made from olive oil and sooooooo very tasty. i should work on my willpower though really i know.
