Thunder Ice Storm...

Yes. Oklahoma is experiencing every weather pattern possible(for the state) today. Tornadoes, ice, snow, sun. It's freezing rain right now, and I swear I just saw lightning, then heard thunder. It's a freaking weird day today in Oklahoma.

Someone told me they had thundersnow and it was the very first time they'd experienced it. The wacky weather just get worse and worse.

I've always heard when there's thunder in a winter storm it means there's a ton of precip.

8. They are predicting it will hit us Thursday during working hours.

They are predicting sleet and freezing rain followed by a few inches of snow. GAWD, I do hate it when we get ice! Our electricity goes out if a sparrow farts on the other side of the county--so you can pretty much bet our power will be out for some part of this mess.

Yuck. You just never know if you should buy groceries in case you get snowed in or if your power is gonna go out and leave you with a fridge full of rotten food.

before it get to us in the Carolinas, ok? Stay safe though. I hate that you are having to go through that kind of weather, but I'm not sure my ticker can take much more bad weather. The last thing I need right now is a whirling dervish devil of an ice tornado pelting me and the trailer with icicles and debris. And you KNOW tornadoes seek out and find trailers. :scared:
