1. My sister did a couple of years ago.
She's the queen of desserts. Hers looked a lot like the one in the middle picture, with meringue mushrooms and all.

... "want to kiss my blarney stone?" as favorite holiday questions in our home. Repeated 500 times a season.

12. The main thing is to get the right cake recipe, so that it will roll up easily.
You will use parchment paper on both sides to roll it up. I usually put a whipped cream filling with praline inside.
