Ice Storm in North Texas, yep it sleeted last night and is

big decision: to work or not to work.

1. update, taking a sleet day. not going to work

going to bake a cake, maybe two, do some laundry, play some video games, listen to the radio, pet my kitties.
and any other odd junky stuff I need to get out of the way.

3. We've been getting it all night

here in OK and it's still going on. Driving ice storm with thunder and horrendous wind. Roads are completely ice covered. We live in a rural area that's never seen a snow plow...ever. Staying home today here, too. Maybe tomorrow, too, if we end up with the 5-9 inches of snow on top of it they are predicting.

I live 2.2 miles from the office though :) They just announced the building will be "closed" at noon. I guess that's why I have high speed Internet and a laptop :)

and I've already told my boss that I'm taking tomorrow off. The storm that sleeted on you is coming our way, and we're supposed to get 6 to 12 inches of snow by morning.
