Can Someone Tell Me What Time Zone This Web Page Uses

I'm not real sure how to ask the question. When looking at the list of current postings and replies the date and time of the original posting or reply is indicated. It seems to be 5 hours off from Eastern time, so would that put it somewhere in Nova Scotia, Atlantic Maritime Time or something like that?

Nova Scotia is ONE hour off EST. Five hours off would be England, or near there.

9. You have to set your own time zone

Go to options, edit your preferences, and the drop down menu for time zones is there.

Otherwise, it's Greenwich Mean Time.
