Is anyone else having problems with MSN service? |
|
This week I have not been able to get dial-up service from MSN. Not only do they not answer their tech support line, but they won't even allow hand-dialing to gain access. When I try to get an alternative list of numbers for dial-up service, they say the connection center is "too busy" :eyes: to provide them.
At the beginning of the week, I could at least get on hold with them. Now they won't even let you wait for an available tech staffer; they just cut you off. :banghead:
Naturally, they suggest you solve all these problems online. :eyes: Guess they're not too bright about the equation here. I would solve it online if I could get online at my home computer! Even the online chat requires a wait of 45 minutes or so.
The recorded message says MSN is getting a lot of calls. Does anyone else want to weigh in?

2. Update: Five days into the problem and no help given. |

I have tried phoning and e-mailing and using live chat, and still there's no solution provided. Oftentimes online chat is unavailable, and when they do accept me, they then apologize and tell me I have to talk to a connectivity expert, for whom I will have to wait. :eyes:
Time to talk to the Better Business Bureau!
