Thai food for dinner tonight. Yum.
My wife had off the last couple days, and just went out to pick up an early dinner. Nice and spicy, just took a pepcid to prepare. :)

1. Thai food here tonight, too!

I'm making chicken in peanut sauce (with Morningstar Farms Chik'n Nuggets) and long cooking brown rice with a cucumber onion salad soaking in sweetened rice vinegar while the rest cooks.

Thai is the absolute bestest! Enjoy your dinner! :hi:

3. Never had it
and there are several really good Thai restaurants here in town. Can you suggest something? I never know what to order.

4. Probably should start with the Pad Thai or Thai Chicken
We had the duck tonight too, nice and crispy.

If you actually eat at the restaurant, they usually make a whole crispy fish with a sauce you might like. I don't like curry all that much, so I avoid that.

If it's a good restaurant, just ask them what they suggest, what they specialize in. I'm sure they can get you something you like, and it can be very, very spicy.
