But unfortunately there has to be some competent people in the work place to exploit for this plan to work. :)

6. Competent people are always looked down on......
they don't like people with new ideas on how to do things, or who have good suggestions, or people who actually give a damn.

It's pathetic actually. I can't tell you how many good, hard-working people I've seen get the shaft in favour of total idiots. :(
