Shopping on Audibles: Looking for book recommendations |

I lean toward the fantasy/surrealism genre... but a very well written modern tale tickles me, as well. Does anyone have any book-on-tape suggestions?
Thank you. :)

3. You might try the Thursday Next books by Jasper Fforde |

Or Charlene Harris's Sookie Stackhouse books (really entertaining paranormals).
I also recommend Koontz's Odd Thomas series and his Moonlight Cove books (Fear Nothing and Sieze the Night).
I just finished listening to Magik, the first book of Septamus Heap, by Angie Sage, and now I'm listening to Those Who Walk In Darkness by John Ridley. It's a dark view of superheroes that I'm not sure I like or not...halfway through the first section and still not sure.
