Rhapsody will not give me a refund

I have to pay for an entire month, even though I can't actually use the service. I used to like Rhapsody; they have a bigger selection than Napster of song in their To-Go service. But I have nad nothing but trouble with them. Napster always seems to work perfectly, even if the interface is a little clunky. And I am pissed that I can't get even a partial refund.
