2. No shit....
This sucks...

It's a little clause, the Insanity Clause, that says no more than two teams from any conference can be in the Big five bowls...

4. The BCS seems to exist
to ensure the "right" schools get bowl bids — especially the big bowls — "right" being those that'll draw the biggest teevee audiences.

5. I am so sick of Notre Dame...
The only truly good thing they did over the last twenty years was to break ABC's monopoly on televising College Games...

Remember the good old days when a team could only be on the tube once a year, outside of Bowl Games, that is...

3. Because there is a clause
that says if ND finishes 14 or higher they get in no matter what. Also 2 teams is the maximum from any 1 conference i nthe BCS

7. I didn't think Notre Dame was even part of a conference...
Which always guaranteed them a bowl bid.
And aren't there are several non rated teams going to a bowl game.

8. Notre Dame refuses to join a conference in Football....
All other teams in the BCS Bowl games are either winners of a conference or are ranked 10th or higher....

Wisconson should have gone in instead of ND

9. ND wants to replace Northwestern in the Big 10....
and have a bad attitude about it. Which makes them win a lot, damnit to hell.

10. There's a BCS rule
that states that a conference can't send more than two teams to BCS bowls.

Tosu is in the NC game and Michigan is in the Rose Bowl. Wisconsin wasn't elligible for a BCS bid.
