TORONTO, Nov. 30 /CNW/ - Come on, be honest: Ever done it with your socks
on?
About a third of us have, according to a new national poll released
today. POLLARA conducted the nationwide survey for McGregor Socks, and found
that 31 per cent of Canadians admit they've had sex while wearing socks(1).
That's despite the fact that a large majority of respondents (72 per
cent), say they don't find socks to be sexy.
Maritimers are the most likely to have sex with their socks on, with 41
per cent of Atlantic Canadians saying they've done the deed with
less-than-bare feet. Quebeckers are the least likely, with only 20 per cent
admitting to the practice.
"Socks can be a great way to spice up your wardrobe. They don't have to
be boring and conservative. If you're wearing a plain black suit, add some
punch in an understated way with colourful argyle socks." says Linda
Whitehead, Vice-President of Marketing and Merchandising for McGregor Socks.
"Turn your feet on!"
For the record, 51 per cent of all respondents said they've never had sex
while wearing socks.

If you're having sex while still pretty much dressed, then it's not lame. In fact, it'd be downright bizzare, if you're having sex with your clothes still on, but you stop to remove just your socks.

is that it's a long-standing Canadian tradition to gently lay a sock - preferably a grey wool sock with white and red stripes at the top - across the top partner's back during intercourse.
