Forbidden Rice w/mushrooms
Cook rice according to package directions. Or however you cook rice. I used the rice cooker & it took way more water than the package said it would.

Brown some sliced cremini (brown) mushrooms in butter w/a tiny touch of olive oil.
When done, turn off heat, lightly salt mushrooms and pepper with McCormick's Pepper Medley Grinder pepper.

When rice is done, add mushrooms and mix. That's all there is to it.

I wouldn't be bothering you guys with this if it hadn't turned out to be remarkably good.

Throw the mushrooms in the rice cooker with your uncooked rice. Then add chicken boullion. Cook away. Mmmmmmmm. Salty, mushroomy and tasty.
