There is a growing protest movement
I see their signs everywhere although I have never heard of anyone getting caught putting one up. Every time I see one of their signs I give it a power salute and say 'Amen!'

I am doubtful if their protest will ever succeed, and I'm not even sure it would be good for us if it did. But it also seems like they are protesting a definite evil and so I appreciate their Quixotic sentiment.

You may have seen one of their signs too when you are out driving around. I am not sure if they are nationwide. It could just be a midwest movement. Their message is very easy to understand and probably supported by most motorists. It is a little orange sign that simply says:

"End Road Work"

2. Eh, I got excited about the waste management movement
Turned out it wasn't what I thought it was.

4. What Heidi said
It has been a long time. Heck, Shari was still here back when a thread was posted about missing you, and she has been gone forever except for popping in to say hi to Sniffa a couple days ago.

Not sure about the Waist Management movement. I have a co-worker who is dieting, says he wants to get down to a 28 waist. He's kind of a big guy too, so I thought that was amazing. There's no way I am wearing 28 again, and scrawny as I am, I am not motivated to try.
