They played against the USF Bulls down here not long ago and it was funny hearing the kids cheer , "get Moorehead."

Is that where Cape Fear is? Quite truthfully, I don't even know.

I came across mention of the Cape Fear community college in a news story from the theif (who was a student there) the cops killed a few days ago.

Teacher's colleges used to be called "Normal Schools" back in the dark ages. My dad (who was born when Taft was president) told me that Kent State used to be Kent Normal.


So Dad said he went to Way Below Normal (also spelled "Webelow). That could be We Below Normal.


I never knew what a Nittany Lion was but I did know about the Biting Irish. Don't play Notre Dame on any day but Friday!! (fish on friday joke).
