The local coffee shop I frequent was part of a fifth-grade class project. The kids visited the shop, the owner visited the classroom and gave a little presentation, then the kids created their own ads for the store, one of which was chosen to run in a little school newspaper, produced as a fundraiser by the One Word, One Love Foundation.
Accompanying the ad is a story about the shop written by one of the students. God bless 'em for their effort, but it's one of the funniest things I've ever read:
A guy named Jeff owns a coffee shop named (store name). This place is very relaxing thanks to him and his wife who made the shop (store name). It opened--workers work there. (Store name) does not just sell coffee, he sell a little coffee 40 billion cups per year WHAT!!! How do they do it it sells other fluids like water, smoothies and soda. Also other types of coffee such as heatened dark chocolate. Also get to make your own are you kidding me? He gets his coffee from a farm and it loads it in a truck and the truck takes it to the shop. Jeff also loves his coffee. We asked if the coffee helps him in the morning. He said it keeps him moving. You ask why? Well he drinks a cup of coffee a day, no wonder he's always so happy. You wonder how much caffein is in the coffee 200 milagrams and 40 milagrams NO WAY!!! You also could check out books, computers, and talk as much as you want. So drop what your doing and come on in.
He sell a little coffee 40 billion cups per year WHAT!!!
