Very appropriate for today.

Devo were some of the earliest pioneers in music video. I remember seeing them in '79. They had a movie screen behind them and projected videos behind them as they sang.

They were visionaries ahred of their time.

(of course it always makes me uneasy to use such terms about entertainers, like you're insulting DaVinci and Jefferson and Franklin and Ghandhi...)
