I came up with it last year before the elections since I believed that there was going to be such a catalystic political change, that there would be so many Dems taking office. That such a blue storm (or hurricane) was going to take place. So I came up with BlueStorm. Plus it's also a political super power that one of my fictional Zodiac characters have:

Libra aka "Democracy"



who has the power to telepathically influence an individual's or a group's political thinking. A blue storm is a bombardment of left thinking sentiments and emotions geared toward such subjects to either overwhelm them or distract them in some manner. A red storm is the opposite of course.
