I can't remember being well.

I'm in the middle of the sinus infection from hell (8 weeks and it keeps coming back) and I get some sort of stomach bug (or maybe a reaction to the antibiotics). I spend all night barfing (and coughing and sneezing and blowing my nose). felt like I got hit by a truck all day. now I can't keep anything down, so I can't take my drugs!

I just tried to choke down three saltine crackers and one of those amoxycillin horse pills. Here's hoping . . .

say something to make me feel better, please!

Try to steam yourself a lot, hot steam does wonders for the sinuses. Also have you looked into a neti pot?

and do the nasal lavage thing
