Need some help. I recently saw a small video online - a comedian who

sounded exactly like Our dip Prez. He started out by talking about a visor.......then said, no That's ADvisor...and said the words "gobble gobble.." At the end he imitated President Clinton, saying, "I am not here". Here is just there without a T.

He Was hilarious.. Does anyone know what this man's name is?
I would like to find more online about him.

Speaking for myself, I started coming over here for a brief brake during the election season, but I have gotten into more heated and thought out debates over here than in the GD and GDP groups.
