For the past 5 years it seems that if you left DU for a few minutes there'd be hundreds of new threads up in every forum.

Lately it seems if you put up a thread, it will most likely sit for most of the day or night on the front page.

And am now working on the take-home exam that's due tomorrow. Kinda wish I hadn't procrastinated so much on that one, but oh well.

7. Advice from an old guy: Procrastination has always worked for me. Nothing like

deadline panic to get those creative juices flowing.

10. Honestly, it works for me too.

My professor gave back our major paper for the course as we left our exam tonight. I wrote the paper in two consecutive all-nighters, but managed an A. I hate the feeling of deadline panic, but it seems to do the trick.
