Okay, so Britney Spears admits she went 'a little too far'

After igniting a media firestorm by flashing her apparent lack of underwear to the paparazzi, Britney Spears is finally talking.

"It's been so long since I've been out on the town with friends," the singer writes in a posting Thursday on her Web site.

"It's also been 2 years since I've even celebrated my birthday. Every move I make at this point has been magnified more than I expected, and I probably did take my new found freedom a little too far. Anyway, thank God for Victoria's Secrets' new underwear line! I look forward to a new year, new music and a new me."

Her recent nights out with party girls Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan — and those uncensored, R-rated crotch shots that were splashed across the Web — drew disapproval from her fans and other Spears watchers.

I'd pictured a country doctor for some reason. (Maybe it was the bartering that went on for care you told me about)

It's a job I wouldn't want, but my hat's off to anyone that can do it.

Remember the Saturday Night Live skit once called "Mel Gibson Gynecologist"

Tell me now, would women really want to go to a gynecologist they were attracted to when they had problems um, down there.

And guys that say they want to be one (adolescents) are usually thinking of all the "down there's" they would get to see, not realizing that, well, it more than likely ceases to have the allure that they think it would, especially, well, never mind...

Tall, dark & handsome. A classic. Of course he is married w/children and I would never have done anything about it, but I hated that I blushed every time he took my pulse :)

I worked at my father's office for a few summers. It really is a wonderful specialty, because it goes hand in hand with Obstetrics. Cute pregnant women, babies, nervous husbands and all that good stuff.

I was so excited when Matthew was born- I got to deliver him as the OB said "glove up" and put a gown on me and I delivered Matthew. Have the pics to prove it!

What a moment! That doc is definitely one of the coolest in my book!

I think I had a rapid pulse a time or two when the nurse would come and take my BP and pulse.

Then the doctor would take it and it would be fine.
