Cthulhu is beyond mere human notions of morality, outdated as they are. We are no more to Him than ants are to us.
Remember, we will know the time of His return is nigh when man is free and wild like Him, killing and doing as he pleases without remorse. Therefore, you can say that Bush is the harbinger of Cthulhu, and the Lounge is assclowns.
