Heeee! I just figured out the verse to "Sleigh Ride" on my piano by ear. |

(Okay, so it was only the right hand. Don't remind me what a loser I am. :P)
The whole "giddy-up, giddy-up, giddy-up, let's go!" chorus-part I haven't felt out yet--I think the intervals in it are a little strange. But still! I'm so awful with figuring out pitch, though once I have a starting pitch or two, I'm pretty solid. Heeheeeheee!
:woohoo:

1. It's easier to play using your nose. |

Ears tend to plunk out lots of major & minor 2nds.

If you want to figure out the left hand, it's probably mostly I-IV-V sort of stuff. That is, if you're playing in 'C', you're going to be using mostly C, F, &G chords. There might be a few other chords, but I don't feel like grabbing a keyboard or a guitar, and hammering it out right now. If you do a google search for "song title" + lyrics + chords, you'll find some things that might be of interest.
