My cat thinks she wants outside |
|
I don't know what the temp is, but I know it's below freezing out there. She's in the window, pawing at it like I'm going to open it for her. She only goes outside under supervision because she gets into fights. A few weeks ago, she went into the bushes and out came a little brown bunny. She took off after it, but stopped as soon as I called her name. I wonder if she sees the bunny out there again.

1. Cats are part of life's curosity |

My kitties want out constantly. They are bored with the indoors.

2. To all the cats we've known before / who wanted to come in our door ... |

Then once we let them in/ They wanted out again/ In order to come in once more/
from PHC, Willie Nelson was the guest, and IIRC that was actually Julio Iglesias doing the bit with him.
(The tune is "To all the girls we've known before", for those who don't/can't remember, due to being too young/old/other.)

It's the easiest way to let her know how cold it is. She'll be back in again soon enough.

Only way to keep them safe from the big bad world. They spent their first few months on the streets. I think they appreciate what they have here. 11 years later, they are still contented....and quite fat.

5. my cat always wanted to go out... |
|
until he was out...then he wanted to come back in.
Actually, he liked being outside, but he was weird. He never figured out that he could "go" outside, so he'd come in to use the litter box :eyes:
And he did want to go in and out repeatedly...typical cat.
(note: he was always on a leash, never out on his own, always monitored - I don't believe in letting pet cats roam free)
