People love good myths about 'our boys' or overcoming hardship, helping the poor,
nice good stuff like that.

Its most helpful if this involves reinforcing groupthink, corporate media stories
and the faith in the party system and the corporate/scientific system of experts
and big corporations to save the day.

If your corporatism is overt, the progressives will reject it, so best to put
the corporatism in to a happy story, like how a big company has a new solar power
system to save us all, or how a big company provides medical care for its employees.

The editors want to shed any image of being associated with the 'fringe left', so
if you want to be popular, weave in some corporatism, or make an apology for voting for war,
and suggest that war is good, just bush is not good at war... Provide a coathook
for the vichy-dems to feel moderate and for them to ideologically appear to 'control'
the leftist opposition.

Tell a story about how your company bought toys for poor kids, and how
they went out and found that the kids really wanted to have guns, so they
worked out a deal with a gun company to get the guns to the kids on the cheap
for christmas without having to dip in to the pension fund.

The gun lovers will love you. The people who have a problem with children
using guns at school are anti-liberty, and everyone knows that a corporation
is much more likely to do good in the world than any individual.

But then explain the real story, that the company you work for is really a front company
for the CIA working in subsaharan africa, and that it is the company mission to
provide all teenage children with firearms so they can be free.

Then go on to say how the work could soon head off tragedies like darfur, by
balancing the power of guns, that darfur peoples can shoot down camels and
helicopters with the new light anti air missiles that santa claus ships from
his munitions plants in missouri.

And now that the company is a staunch supporter of democratic causes, its hoping
to get a new contract to be the santa claus of iraq and even sri lanka.

(then add a human interest bit), how a young woman with a gun was able to shoot
and kill her rapist, and how the population control strategy is working
brilliantly in africa, pleading for people to send in more bullets, democratic
bullets, different than republican ones.

Then say your company is a big supporter of israel and its final extermination solution
for the palestinean peoples, with the hopes of a big santa contract to arm the kurds.
