I'm baking presents Wednesday. Any requests?
I'm thinking I'll make some white chocolate macademia cookies (I think I still have some vegan white chocolate?) and some chocolate chip (with walnuts?) and some pumpkin bread. I'm not sure what else I'll make this year. Maybe more fudge.

Oh, and dog treats. Probably peanutbutter this year.

6. Uhm...
Is there gluten in oatmeal? I have some no-bake fudge ones but they have oatmeal in 'em.

I've never really baked with other flours.

9. There's a bit of gluten in oatmeal
some can deal with it, some can't. If it's processed in a GF facility, I'm usually okay with it.

Trust me, you don't want to deal with GF flours. You need a couple of them, if not more, and they're hideously expensive.

I wish the local GF bakery had some nice, tasty Christmas cookies. Nothing exotic, only almonds in their products.

I'll just have to trust that you will enjoy a few for me. :D

10. Oh, I won't eat many.
However, flvegan and MAHNY would be happy to eat your share, I'm sure. Plus some for ThomCat if he lets me send him some. Wow, I'm going to be busy this week. :D
