2. You have the sympathy of me and the cold I woke up with today.
 (This hug was sterilized before it was sent to you. More germs are the last thing you need.)

15. Have you folks ever tried Airborne? Invented by a teacher who was sick of
having colds. I swear by it. Take it at the first sign of a cold. Maybe it's the placebo effect, but I swear this stuff really works. No prescription required. It's one of the most popular over-the-counter cold remedies in the United States. Forget about using it just when you fly; it's great when you get that itchy eyes and scratchy throat right at the beginning of any upper respiratory thingee..

18. No problem. That reminds me -- if you buy 5 or 6 boxes, they will send you
Edited on Mon Dec-11-06 12:46 AM by Radio_Lady
a free one. I have the boxes here and this reminded me to send them out!

Hope it helps you.

Another good product is Cold-Eeze throat lozenges. I've been using them for years -- contain zinc glyconate -- they taste good and work for me. Again, various flavors (We like TROPICAL, HONEY LEMON, and CHERRY) to choose from and get 'em at your local drug store.

Feel better, sweetie!

17. SEX THREAD! SEX THREAD! CALL OUT THE...
Never mind.

George Clooney will nurse you back to health, but you'll have to take an overnight trip to his villa on Lake Como, Italy.

Just thinking about that makes me feel better.

10. I'm already nursing my husband... Oh, you said you want a MALE nurse!
Want him to look like this? Sultry dark hair and beautiful eyes.

I just love this picture even though Sir Laurence Olivier is quite dead!

Maybe I like his looks because my Daddy was dark and handsome, and the three men (count 'em!) I have married were all brunettes.

Here's Daddy, Mommy and me in the 1940s:

21. Like They Say
you got nothing to worry about

you're sick

you'll either get better or worse

if you get better you have nothing to worry about

if you get worse you might die

but then you'll either get better or worse

if you get better, you got nothing to worry about

if you get worse, you die, nothing to worry about

so cheer up!

I'd come and take care of you ;-)

but I don't want to catch it!
