My neighbors need to have their breathing privileges revoked.

Their dog got into my garbage AGAIN, after I TOLD them that he was constantly doing this, (and they were *so* apologetic, then). Worse than that- I found him in my backyard chewing on a big, nasty deer leg!

That means he's been in my other neighbor's garbage, as well.

I tried to be nice. I really did. I gave them a chance to remedy the issue, months ago. I guess it's time to call animal control.
