LP-to-CD Recorder Stereo System
This combination recorder and stereo system allows you to preserve your classic vinyl records by recording them to CDs so you can enjoy your favorite music when traveling without damaging the delicate original medium, or having to manage an oversized protective case. It takes a few simple steps to faithfully transfer an LP to a digital audio CD-R or CD-RW, and at any time during recording you can pause to select only certain songs, turn the album over, change albums, or make compilation recordings. Unlike many single-function audio components, this system is more than just a recorderit accommodates 33s, 45s, and 78s, and has a built-in AM/FM stereo with analog tuner and single CD playback tray, all in a footprint less than 2' sq. Includes automatic/manual track increment control, record level indicator, record level control, backlit LCD screen, and remote control.

using a software program.

LP-to-MP3 Converter

The first of its kind, this belt-driven turntable plugs into your computer via USB, plays, converts, and saves your prized vinyl LPs to MP3 format for playback on an iPod, or other MP3 device, allowing you to take your favorite out-of-print music, comedy, and spoken-word recordings anywhere you go without risk. In addition to providing high-speed vinyl audio conversion to MP3, the turntable plays LPs at 3313 and 45 rpm speeds (adapter included), and its adjustable anti-skating control provides increased stereo balancing. Includes 1/8"" RCA output and cable for connection to a stereo system equipped with either a CD or AUX input. The system includes recording and cleaning software (PC/Mac) for the removal of scratches, hisses, and pops, but will operate with any software that supports USB audio input sound cards.

7. Or this as an alternative: the USB turntable

Digital music is great but isn't it a pity you can't transfer your old records on to your computer? Well guess what? You can! That's right vinyl lovers, thanks to the ingenious USB Turntable you can put all your LPs, 12"s and singles straight into your digital library.

Simply plug this chic little turntable into the nearest USB port, fire up the idiot-proof Audacity software and start converting your collection. Forget about clumsy adaptors, special drivers and mismatched software. It's easier than, er…well, it's easier than putting a record on!
