6. Redstone, are you having trouble sleeping?

I'm sorry if you are. Here is what I do when I'm tossing and turning:

I close my eyes and imagine myself on the gentlest of pillows. It's the most comfortable place I can imagine. I then think of something singular, like a bouncing ball or a drop of water. Something simple... eventually it lulls me to sleep.

I don't know if this will help you, too, but it's what works for me. :)
