If you could start a new career that would be rewarding, fun |
|
and meaningful for the next 15 - 25 years, what would it be?

Fun, funny, sad and then funny again. Lit fic, non-fic, genre fic...whatever struck my fancy.
I wouldn't even mind trying my hand at erotica.
But I'd write.

not as much as I'd like because I keep getting distracted by....stuff. And not as successfully as I'd like. I like to think that I'm not half bad, actually.
But I do write.

It would be nice to be independently wealthy, however, I would think that I would be a little more altruistic than the worlds biggest Party Girl.

it'd bring it's own set of headaches, though. I'd be happy just to not have to keep a running tally of what's in my grocery cart before I get to the checkstand.
What I'd like to be able to do...what I dream of...is going down to the utilities company and anonymously paying the past due balance on every residential account in town.
THAT would feel good, I think.

I am hoping investigative arms of watchdog organizations, but in reality it would need to be sold in conjunction with a written story. This is also based on the assumption that in the future our "news" sources become receptive again to concerns of people, and not to concerns of corporations. Good thing this a hypothetical *sigh*

27. I was inspired by Joe Trippi's book... |
|
at the end where it talks about democracy being used in business (i.e. car companies having customers choose changes to designs, etc.). I thought about having fans contribute to the development of a "sound" for a band or group using the internet. The result would be a band developing their "sound" while developing a potential fan base.

creator, for Magic the Gathering, from Wizards of the Coast. I would like to create text, and powers/limit of cards. I'm not a good artist, so I would leave the artwork to more suited hands. I would also love, to create D and D ready to use board campaigns'....I would like to make board sets for Ravenloft, and for Menzoberranzen...
