On the Christmas controversy, there's good news and there's bad news.


Schools, even in our conservative northern Wisconsin communities, are brow beaten into going with politically correct "winter concerts", to replace the traditional "Christmas Concerts," though heaven knows what traditional music they can offer.

Oops. There goes that awful word again!


Kudos to Michigan! The big tree that stands on the grounds of the state capitol in Madison - the one with all the lights and decorations - is again officially to be known as a "Christmas Tree".

This is the same woman who once said that 9/11 was the first time in American History that the Mainland of the United States was attacked by agents of a forgien power (ignoring historically obscure events like Japanese rice paper baloons in WWII, Pancho Villa's raid on Douglas, NM, and War of 1812), that Mercury was dangerous because "it has so much Lead in it", and that children should wear Halloween costumes made from polyester and other synthedtic fabrics because they "Don't burn as easily."
