I Mortify Myself: Doggy Day Care
I remember laughing at people who used doggy day care services.

That was before I had a dog.

Sirius is only 13 weeks old. Too young to be home alone outside of his crate. Too young to be crated while I'm at work, because he can't hold it that long.

So for a month or two, he's at doggy day care - we signed up today.

I am so mortified.

3. After doggy day care there won't be enough money for therapy.
I'll just have to walk it off.

6. That's what I hope for. I realized it's not that much more expensive
than a dog walker, but a LOT more bang for the buck for the little guy.

5. I'll go into the Pet Smart just to watch Doggy Day Care,
It's hysterical. Big dogs, little dogs, mediums dogs- all chase the same ball in a huge circle. They get a huge crowd just watching every time I'm there! One elderly lady actually has a little stool on her cane so she can sit and watch!

9. Also, no better way for him to learn how to be social.
Remember that a couple years from now when he's better behaved around other dogs and people.

12. He had his evaluation today and passed with flying colors.
He's a very socially adept little dude.

I don't know how I ever ended up with such a normal dog!

10. Bratwurst loves doggie day care...
I take him when every couple of weeks, just to keep him socialized. He has so much fun and crashes when we get home. Anything for my baby.

This is Brattie after "helping" me paint and after retrieving an ice cream carton from the trash.

11. Oh, a poodle
He looks just like my Raven did at that age. Since hubby is retired, he's home with the doggie most of the time. Haven't checked out any day care.
