And then you end up doing something extra, learning something you wish you hadn't, and feel like everything you thought was going right may be going wrong? This sums up my day. I won't know until after the first of the year what our promotions and raises are going to look like, but I swear on all that is holy if they offer me less than another $1 per hour and make me a II, I'm going to tell them to shove it up their ass. I'm sick of working my ass off at work and getting nothing in return. Maybe I'm worrying over nothing, but everyone is being cryptic, and I'm freaking out. I've been in tears. Please help me feel better. Thanks.
