You rarely ever see a woman called a "Cocksucker." It's a slur aimed at men. It like not only being called a "Fag," but also being called the lowest kind of "Fag" because you get on your knees and take it.

I used to take a humorous approach as ask people what's so wrong about being a cocksucker. That would occassionally get a laugh, but mostly just blank looks, and it never stopped people from using the insult. Now I'm more blunt.
