What's for dinner?
My wife is on her 4th straight 12 hour day. I'm having a couple of martinis and baked potato

5. You wouldn't have a reason to know
She's on a contract to National Cancer Institute. Her boss didn't let her know she was in charge of a new project for 2 weeks and she has to deliver a plan to the government on the 20th. She worked 12 hours 3 times last week and 10 hours the other two.

12. She must be exhausted.
So things go back to normal for her on the 20th? I'll bet that date is looking pretty good to her about now.

What's going on the potato?

32. Chili dogs and strawberry daiquiris
We're finishing off the last of a bottle of Bacardi Gold that my sister gave me as a Thanksgiving "Thank you for slaving away in the kitchen" gift. We still had some Daily's strawberry in the back of the fridge. Yay! *sips*

Tonight was my son's night to pick dinner, so he chose chili dogs. However, he still has to eat the baked potato wedges and the green beans too. :)

36. What seems like the Last Supper
I've got to starve for 13 hrs till my surgery tomorrow. :grr:

Roasted garlic and herb potatoes, a salmon fillet, roast veggies (red pepper, brussel sprouts and mushroom) and some ginger cookies for dessert. I'll probably have a salad a bit later on tonight, and a bedtime snack.

41. I made an omelet out of leftovers
cubed up some keilbasa, and then I had this spinach side-dish that had onions and portabello mushrooms and bacon, and I put all that plus shredded cheese inside an omelet.

Smokey, salty and very filling.
