Learning resource for brand-new computer owner?
I've got a friend who bought her first computer just today. Took it out of the box, looked at the manual, and called me to ask, "What do I do?"

It's been 20 years since I was in her shoes, and even then I was working on Macs. I don't want to strand her and just say, "RTFM!"

Has anyone had good experience with any DVD or interactive learning programs that even a newbie could pop in and start from scratch?
