a while back we had a discussion on HRT. The consensus here was split on whether to take it or not. I think after this week's news on the dramatic decrease in breast cancer cases, specifically in post menopausal women who have stopped taking HRT is the strongest argument. Menopause is not a disease, it's a life passage. They symptoms can be brutal but they won't kill you. HRT can. Is it really worth the risk? I don't think so. Life is too short as it is.
