Old-skool internets question...does this ring any bells?

Does anyone remember a site by a Canadian store clerk (it was either a music, video game or comics store) who had some hilarious rants about customers? i seem to recall that it was written in the style of the gospel of whoever-it-was. That might be the Discordia, though.

Is this something i just made up, or does anyone out there remember seeing this years ago?
