Ahhhhh... that felt SO good!
Edited on Fri Dec-15-06 03:26 PM by LaraMN
I handed in my last paper of the semester a couple hours ago!
I'm going out for pre-birthday festivities tonight, I only have one final left to study for, and I stepped on the scale after my bad truffle week, and somehow I lost four pounds:crazy:

I'm not complainin'!

:bounce: :toast:

I'm not doing so good with the weight. Mrs. DTW and I have to go to a client's Christmas party tonight and most of the dress pants that barely fit me last year I can't even button up front

I did find a brand new pair of black jeans that fit and don't look too bad. It's not going to be formal.

2. Ugh- that sucks! btdt!
I gained some weight when I quit smoking, and I got it all back off, but I keep losing more. I don't know how in the heck I lost four pounds in the last week. If I could take a few off your hands for you, I would, since I seem to be dropping weight for no reason, anyway! It's weird.

3. That's great
Losing the weight and giving up the cigarettes is two good things happening for you and your family. My problem is mostly my diet and aging. When I workout on a regular basis I stop gaining the weight but I don't lose any. It's taken about two or three years to put on an extra fifteen pounds I don't need and it's looking like it's gonna take me that long to lose it.
