A friend of mine is looking for the following:

"Here we go... (my son) saw a commercial with some type of car
I think it is remote control
It appears to be silver
The front wheels possible (and front of the car) possibly rotate (to flip the car or upright it if it flips)
I saw one nanosecond of the commercial and he hasn't stopped asking for it and he asked Santa for it!"

Anybody know what this toy is?!

Actually, I know plenty of people (us included) who aren't making a big deal of the "santa" aspect of Christmas... I know too many adults who have vivid memories of learning that Santa wasn't real, and how painful it was for them.
