Please help!! Comedy Central

I was told this is where to come for help. I desperately want to watch a clip on CC and can't figure out how.
I hit the video I want to watch. Then it just sits and stares at me for a minute before flipping to the next one.

ARRRGGG!! Never had this problem with youtube.
