What's the junkiest food you ate this week?
For me, it was a Taco Bell Taco Supreme--I'm sooo ashamed...

...but damn I enjoyed it (I very rarely eat anything anywhere near that fatty due to cv problems)!

10. I just pigged out
Which as you may or may not know, is highly unusual for me, on Hamburger Helper (using Morningstar Farms soy crumbles) I feel sick to my stomach. I have no idea what came over me. If I didn't have an absolute phobia about upchucking....:puke:

It'll probably be two days before I eat again. x(

24. Bluck!
HH is bad enough

is it even good with soy crumbles?

My worst pigout this week was last Saturday breakfast-

2 eggs
2 pieces of sausage
2 pieces of bacon
2 pieces of French toast
3 pancakes

I have no idea what came over me except that I was in Little Rock early in the morning to take a test that I had to take and was there with a co-worker and he said let's go to I-Hop

I hopped all the way back home

  :puke: :puke:

23. This irresistable, and deadly, dip that's made
with chipped beef (!) and creamy stuff...not sure what. And served in a "bowl" of rye bread. You scoop it up with little chunks of rye bread. We had our office Christmas lunch and I hit the appetizers way too hard. Especially that particular calorie-laden offering.
Yikes.
There's isn't enough time in the day to treadmill off that pig-out session.

but what is the mystery meat?

(And don't worry, we're mostly thru December.)

42. I swear I don't mean to be virtuous, it just happens that way.
I eat tofu and veggies at lunch, that's about it.

On the other hand, I don't think I'd suggest this 'divorce whilee U wait" diet to DUers.

But I did notice that I just felt better when I replace steak with tofu.

:D

(I love nut brittle, but I have too many crowns in my mouth to eat it safely. I had to give it up.)

30. grocery store breakfast
scrambled eggs too full of gross deli-thin-sliced ham chunks, 4 pieces of nice tastin' bacon, 2 McDonald's style hashbrowns, 1 pc. sausage, and not enough salsa / ketchup! (They are chintzy with the condiments there, you can't just 'take some!')

Whenever I eat junk food I CRAVE it later. Tonite I sure wish I had a bag of those Crunchy Cheetos!!

I have nothing garbagy or interesting to snack on . . . . . that's how I keep myself in line, don't bring it home!

40. a Donut. Lemon-filled. And I will never eat a donut again.
I ignored the box of donuts for a long, long time. Then, I went ahead and ate one, and I regretted it all day! I felt tired and grumpy. Donuts have done that to me before. That's the last time.
