LeftyKid's Dad wanted to just pick it out of the broken dish, but I wasn't about to combine the thought of broken glass and my tummy. I know that doesn't work out well, thanks to HBO.

9. Ayup, no high heat, no open flame. And also, - |
|
wool, popular as a fiber in oven mitts, - will catch fire. Albeit, after lengthy exposure to a very high heat or open flame. And when it does, it emits a highly toxic cyanide gas.

12. I once made the mistake of filling a hot Pyrex bowl with cold water |
|
That was a mess I'd rather forget. The worst part is that the potatoes I'd just cooked were in the counter next to the sink, and wound up with glass shards in them. Had to peel and cook another bag of potatoes to finish dinner. :/
