Some folks have said they got errors with ouur animal sanctuary adoption form. Could a bunch of you please submit it and tell me if you get an error?

Please put "Test" somewhere in the name fields. Beyond the contact info fields, none of the others are mandatory, so you don't have to go through the whole form.

I don't understand why it would suddenly stop working. and it seems to work for some folks, but not others. This is frustrating.

5. Here's what has been happening....

For months, the form was working just fine. Suddenly we started getting a bunch of spam through the form, all with the city of "kostanay" in the fields. So, my friend added a snippet to the code to block those. It worked fine for a couple months. Then we started getting a bunch of spam with lots of urls in the fields. She set up the form to block those. Since then, it worked, then stopped working, then she modified it. It worked, then stopped working. So, we took that part out, but left the kostanay part.

It continued to work for several more weeks, but now that she took the kostanay part out again, it seems to be working. So for whatever reason we seem to be unable to use any code to block spam. It will work initially and then eventually start giving errors.

Oh well.

Thanks to everyone who tested it for us. If anyone got an error, please try again and see if it works for you now.
